Betportal Casino — review 2026

Betportal Casino is the trickiest case of this review round, and the reason isn't the bonuses. The domain betportal.com is registered to Credara Group Ltd, and the only verified gaming licence is Anjouan ALSI-202601040-FI2. In parallel, the site itself contains claims of UKGC and MGA licences, and those do not stand up to our source checks. We note this immediately in the opening paragraph because no bonus percentage makes up for an operator misrepresenting its regulator. Everything else on this page is reviewed through that observation.

As numbers the offer looks more conventional. The campaign page promises 150% on the first deposit up to €500 and one hundred free spins, 100% on the second deposit up to €300 and fifty spins. On Trustpilot the original profile average is 4.0 out of 5 from 39 reviews. The figures look tidy, but underneath we found nine mirror profiles on strange domains and a stack of five-star reviews all posted on the same day. Our overall score is 4.6 out of 10, and we do not recommend an account with this brand.

Pros and cons

Both lists from the same material

What works

  • Anjouan license number ALSI-202601040-FI2 is concrete and verifiable, unlike the site's other license claims.
  • The owner company Credara Group Ltd is recorded in our sources by name, so the responsible party is not completely hidden.
  • The welcome package is two-part and clearly itemised: 150% up to €500 followed by 100% up to €300.
  • The minimum deposit for the first deposit bonus is stated openly — €20, not hidden in a footnote.
  • The Promotions page opened for us without logging in, so the main points of the bonus terms are readable before opening an account.
  • Five reviewers out of ten describe withdrawals as fast, in one case immediately after verification.
  • Customer support is described in several reviews as fast and responsive.

What doesn't work

  • The site's claims of UKGC and MGA licences are not true — the most serious single finding in our review series.
  • On Trustpilot nine mirror profiles circulate under the brand name on foreign domains with the same promotional headline.
  • No wagering requirement is disclosed for either deposit bonus, so the package's value cannot be calculated.
  • Withdrawal times, withdrawal and deposit limits and fees have not been published in any public view.
  • In one review a withdrawal was cancelled three times in three days, each time with a new explanation.
  • Five five-star reviews fall on the same day 8.7.2026 — a pattern that doesn’t arise by chance.
  • Year of establishment, number of games, provider list, languages and customer support channels have not been stated.

Scores are the editorial team's own and weights were fixed in advance the same for each casino review. How we reviewed Betportal

What we read ourselves, when and from which source

We started with the domain. Our editorial brand and licence list, last checked 3.8.2026, records Credara Group Ltd as the holder of betportal.com and the gaming licence as Anjouan ALSI-202601040-FI2. The same entry includes two other observations: the site is behind Cloudflare protection and its claimed UKGC and MGA licences are false. Another address, betportal.info, runs in parallel. This is where we began, and this one line ultimately set the direction of the whole review.

We read the promotions page on 17.7.2026, and it opened then without logging in. From there we quoted two figures as they were: 150 percent on the first deposit up to €500 and one hundred free spins with a minimum €20 deposit, and 100 percent on the second deposit up to €300 and fifty spins. The summary of benefits did not include a wagering requirement. We did not guess it or borrow the figure from other similar casinos, because guessing would have made this review worthless.

We read the Trustpilot profile on 3.8.2026. The original domain betportal.com showed an average of 4,0 out of five and 39 reviews. We managed to read the first page — ten reviews; the second page failed to load twice due to an intermediary server check, and we couldn't open it. We state that plainly because the sample matters for how far conclusions can go: ten reviews out of 39 is a quarter, not the whole picture, and all observations about the feedback on this page should be read with that in mind.

The same search showed the brand name appearing on Trustpilot in more than one place. We found nine other profiles, seven of which are on third-party domains — including a Dutch flower shop address, a graphic designer’s site and a crypto news site. Their headlines carry the same slogan about a triple bonus. The list also includes two Norwegian mirror addresses, betportal.club and betportal-no.club. We recorded them and did not include their reviews in any counts.

Scoring was done on five areas instead of six. We did not evaluate the game selection because we did not collect the lobby or provider list, and the weight for that area was omitted from the calculation entirely. We use the same weights and method on all our review pages; they are described on the page how we test. The Trustpilot average is taken as-is and not rounded up, but we explain separately why this brand's score is not comparable with others.

What we didn't do

We did not open an account, deposit or withdraw. The site is behind Cloudflare protection and the cashier doesn't open for non-logged-in users, so fields about payment methods, deposit/withdrawal limits and fees remained empty. We do not fill them with numbers borrowed from elsewhere. All payment-related material on this page is either the casino's own promotional text or player reports on Trustpilot — not our own withdrawal.

We don't have screenshots of the lobby, cashier or the long version of the bonus terms, so we also won't publish the number of games or the provider list. The reason is central to this review: when an operator has been caught listing licenses it doesn't have, its unchecked list cannot be transferred to our site as fact. If we can photograph the lobby and verify the numbers, we'll update this section and note the date.

Welcome offer and what is actually known about it

Two deposits, one missing figure

The package is two-part. The first deposit offers a 150% bonus up to €500 and 100 free spins, with a minimum deposit of €20 required. The second deposit offers 100% up to €300 and 50 spins. Combined marketing figure is therefore up to €800 and 150 spins. The structure is conventional and not inherently bad: two tiers are more moderate than the now-common four- and five-deposit chains, where the full offer is only redeemed after several hundred euros.

The decisive number is missing, though. The summary of benefits does not state the wagering requirement — neither for the bonus nor for wins from free spins. Without that, nothing can be said about a €500 bonus: the same amount can be a reasonably playable bonus with a fair multiplier or a practically impossible condition. We don't write “usually 35×” here because that would be our guess, not the brand's term. The missing wagering requirement is also the single reason the bonuses section stayed around a six rather than scoring higher.

For the second deposit the minimum deposit is still missing. It’s stated for the first tier but not the second, so the player doesn’t know whether the same €20 suffices or more is required. Likewise the bonus validity period, the max bet when playing with bonus funds and any win cap for free spins are not disclosed in the summary. These are exactly the points where a casino bonus’s real value is decided, and they’re all kept in the dark.

We should also say what we don’t use. On Trustpilot there are nine profiles under the brand name promising 300 percent up to €1,000 and 150 spins in their titles. That figure does not appear on the casino’s own promotions page and it’s not a bonus to us, it’s ad copy in the headline of an advertising profile. If someone encounters that in a search engine and mistakes it for an offer, they are reading an ad, not a term. We included the line in the bonus table specifically as a warning.

In summary: the bonus is this casino's best single feature, and yet it remains mediocre. Two tiers, a clear first-deposit cap and a public campaign page are positives. Unpublished wagering, a missing bet limit and a triple promotional promise around the brand pull in the other direction. Some casinos on our editorial list state the wagering multiplier directly on the campaign page — that's the difference that's missing here.

The first two rows' figures are from the casino's own pages. The last row is included as a warning: nine profiles circulate on Trustpilot under the brand name promising triple bonuses in their titles. We do not present that as an offer.

The bonus is not a recommendation on this page

We do not recommend opening an account with Betportal, so we also do not direct readers to chase this bonus. If you are looking for a casino whose license can be checked in the regulator's own register, browse editorial casino list and read its item terms side by side. The yellow button on the page is an ad and leads to a partner casino, not the brand reviewed here.

Terms and transparency

Five things a player should know before depositing

Transparency of terms scored 2.0 out of 10 for this casino, the lowest number on the page. The reason is not a single missing footnote but that key terms are systematically absent — and that one published piece of information is directly incorrect. Below are the items we pulled from the promotion page and our source comparison.

  • Wagering not stated. The summary of benefits does not show multipliers for either deposit bonus or free spin yield. Without a multiplier the value of the bonus cannot be calculated, so we treat it as unknown rather than assumed.
  • Minimum deposit is stated only once. The threshold for the first deposit is €20. No corresponding figure is given for the second tier, so the player does not know in advance what amount will trigger the second bonus.
  • No stake limit or validity period shown. The maximum stake with bonus funds, the expiry time of the benefit and the win cap for free spins are not mentioned in the summary. These three are the most typical points where a win is later lost.
  • The mirror profiles' 300 % is not a term. The repeated headline across nine Trustpilot profiles “300 % up to 1 000 € + 150 spins” cannot be found on the casino’s own pages. It is advertising copy, and we treat it as such — not as an offer.
  • The license claim is above all other terms. The UKGC and MGA licences shown on the site are not accurate. When a regulator is misreported, every other condition should be read with the same suspicion — including those written clearly.

Transparency is not a cosmetic flaw but a practical matter. Wagering requirements determine whether a bonus win can be withdrawn; bet limits determine whether a win can later be voided; the licence determines who to complain to if the money never arrives. On this site the first two are missing and false information has been given about the third. That forms the transparency score, and it also makes up most of the final rating.

Game selection

Subarea we did not evaluate — and why

This is our only review where part of the game selection was left unscored entirely. We did not collect the lobby or the game count: the site is behind Cloudflare protection and we did not open an account. We could of course copy the site's own marketing claim and write "over a thousand games," as is often done. We do not do that, for the same reason that runs throughout this page: the operator was caught misrepresenting its regulator.

When a licensing claim is false, other unchecked figures also lose credibility. The game count is exactly the kind of number no reader can verify themselves — you have to take the operator's word for it. We have no reason to trust that word here. That's why the table reads “not verified”, and why the subscore's weight was removed from the calculation instead of giving it a middling guess score.

Feedback only gives a direction, and it's inconsistent. In six reviews we read the variety of games and number of providers are praised, in one the selection is directly criticised as limited and that same message reports repeated technical outages. One reviewer reports missing spins that weren't credited. These are individual experiences, not measurements, and should be read as such.

From the products we know what the brand’s name itself suggests: slots and casino games are included, and the name implies sports betting too. We don’t confirm the presence of live casino, jackpots or crash games because we didn’t see a lobby. If you want real data on individual games — return percentages, volatility and max wins — they can be found on the site’s from our games section, where the figures have been compiled separately.

Game providers

The list is not published without verification

We do not publish a provider list for this casino. One was not present in our sources, and we did not see the lobby ourselves. Our practice is that a provider list is either photographed by us or left out; we do not copy the operator's own list verbatim in such cases. The reasoning has already been explained on this page several times and is repeated intentionally: incorrect licence information makes all other unchecked information unreliable.

Feedback talks about providers in general terms. One reviewer praises a wide selection of slots and providers, another compliments a large game library in one sentence, and a third criticises the selection as narrow. Not a single review we read names a studio. You can't build a reliable list from that kind of material, nor is it worth trying.

Practical advice for the reader is simple. If providers are a selection criterion for you, look for casinos that have a public provider page readable without logging in or a lobby filter whose contents are visible without an account. Several of those are on our editorial list, and for them we have been able to note studios ourselves rather than rely on marketing text.

License and ownership

The heaviest point of this review

Our sources record Credara Group Ltd as the holder of betportal.com and Anjouan licence ALSI-202601040-FI2 as the gaming promise. Anjouan is a small offshore jurisdiction in the Comoros islands whose licences have in recent years replaced Curaçao's old model. The licence is genuine in the sense that the number exists and is identifiable. However, that does not mean the same level of European oversight: player protections, appeal routes and segregation of funds are at a lighter level than in Malta or the UK.

The problem starts with what the site claims in addition to this license. The site’s own text asserts licenses from the UKGC and MGA, and those claims are false. This isn’t a matter of interpretation or an outdated note — two of the world’s best-known regulators are presented as backing the operator without basis. This is the single most serious finding in our review series and weighs the rating down regardless of how well the rest of the site performs.

Why the wrong regulator is worse than a poor bonus? Because the licence is the only thing a player can rely on when everything else goes wrong. A bonus term concerns €100; a licence concerns the whole balance. At a casino under UKGC or MGA there is a named regulator with authority, deadlines and enforcement powers. Under Anjouan the same route is narrow. And if an operator lists a regulator under which it is not actually licensed, the player thinks they can complain to an authority that will not take the case at all.

It's also worth saying what this does not mean. We do not claim the casino refuses to pay — some reviewers report receiving their funds quickly. We also do not claim that the Anjouan licence is necessarily a forgery. We say the site has provided misleading information about its regulation, and that after that all other figures it gives should be read with suspicion. If incorrect licence mentions are removed and the remaining details match the registries, we will update this section. Our method is described on the page how we test.

Security and domains

What the site's technical side reveals externally

The site is behind Cloudflare protection, which is common these days and not in itself a red flag. For us it meant we couldn't access the cashier and account views without logging in, so our payment section relied on the public campaign text and player feedback. Another recorded address is betportal.info, which appears in our sources as a parallel domain for the brand. Parallel addresses are not unusual in this industry, but they make it harder to confirm which address is the official one and which is an imitation.

Norwegian mirror addresses betportal.club and betportal-no.club appeared in a Trustpilot search. They are not proof of any wrongdoing, but they fit the same pattern: one brand, multiple addresses and several profiles across different domains. For a player this means the address bar is not reliable proof of authenticity, and the “Betportal” you find in a search engine could be any of these.

We have no information about audit of the game RNG, testing lab certificates, or segregation of player funds. These are not mentioned in the public pages we read, nor are they in our sources. We mark the field blank and do not assume a missing certificate means it definitely doesn’t exist — but we also do not record it as present.

There is one concrete observation about verification. A reviewer reports that the payment arrived quickly only after the account was verified. That is normal practice and actually a good sign: preventing money laundering requires identity checks. It only becomes a problem if verification is used to delay payments. A separate review describing three cancelled withdrawals points in that direction, but a single case is not enough to conclude.

Deposits

One solid figure and a set of blanks

One thing we know for certain about deposits: the minimum deposit required for the bonus is 20 euros. It is stated on the promotions page under the first deposit bonus, and it's the only number in this section that comes directly from the casino's public text. Everything else was unobtainable because the cashier won't open to unlogged users and the site has no separate public payments page readable without an account.

We therefore do not publish a list of payment methods. We don't know whether cards, online bank payments, e‑wallets or cryptocurrencies are accepted, and so we won't write a list here that would look convincing but be made up. For a Finnish player this is a major shortcoming: the payment method determines how quickly money moves and whether there will be currency conversion fees.

Deposit limits, possible fees or currencies are not published in any view we reviewed. The same applies to the minimum deposit for the next bonus tier. We mark these in the table with a red “ei julkaistu” tag and make no excuses. That's information in itself: a casino that doesn't disclose its payment terms before registration shifts the entire risk onto the player.

One reviewer reports a location-based block, that is, the locking of the account or games based on location. We do not know which countries the restrictions apply to, because the country list was not visible. If you are considering depositing to any offshore casino, you should check this before transferring money — a deposit made from a blocked area can lead to winnings being voided later under the terms.

Withdrawals

Two opposing accounts, no published figures

Withdrawal time has not been published. No hours, no business days, no breakdown by payment method. The same applies to withdrawal limits per day, week or month and any withdrawal fees. This is an area that carries the most weight in our scoring, and on this point the casino's own material is practically empty. Everything presented in this section is based on what players have written on Trustpilot.

The positive side is clear and recurring. In five of the ten reviews we read, withdrawals are described as fast. One says they received funds quickly right after verification, another describes wins arriving without fuss, a third mentions speed and customer service in the same sentence. If these reports are genuine, payment processing works for at least some players.

The opposing account is a single but weighty one. In one review a withdrawal was canceled three times over three days, and each time a new explanation was given. This is exactly the pattern that separates a slow casino from a problematic one: it's not a delay but the reason changing every time. We can't know how common it is, because we only read a quarter of the reviews.

Overall we gave payments and withdrawals 5.0 out of ten. That is deliberately midrange: there are multiple reports of fast payouts, but no published processing times, limits or fees, and the brand does not respond on Trustpilot to any review we found. Without published terms the player has nothing to appeal to if their own withdrawal behaves like the one that was canceled three times.

Check withdrawal terms before your first deposit

Read the withdrawal time, withdrawal limits and any fees before you move money, not after. Casinos that publish these figures in a viewable form without logging in can be found from the editorial list. All payment information at this casino is player-reported. When an operator has been caught misreporting licenses, payment promises should be read with the same caution.

Customer support

Praised in feedback, not described on the site

There are two distinct observations about customer support that should be kept separate. In feedback, support receives praise: several reviewers describe it as fast and receptive, and one specifically mentions answers about promotions and loyalty rewards. This is genuine information, and it lifts the area's score to slightly above midline at 5.5.

Another observation is what the site itself discloses. We couldn’t find any notice of support channels, operating hours, languages or an email address. So we don’t know whether there’s a 24/7 live chat or just a contact form, and Finnish-language support hasn’t been confirmed by any source. That matters a lot for a player: fast support is useless if you can’t find it when your money is stuck.

The third point concerns Trustpilot. The brand's replies do not appear in any of the ten reviews we read — neither in praises nor complaints. It's not an obligation, but it is a signal: a public reply to a complaint shows the operator addresses grievances in some form. When that trace is absent and withdrawal cancellations are written about publicly with no reaction, the impression is that feedback is only acknowledged where it suits.

Players' experiences on Trustpilot

39 reviews · average 4.0/5 · profile read 3.8.2026 · we read 10 of them

4,0 / 5 · 39 reviews
We don’t see any responses from the brand in our sample
The star distribution applies only to the ten reviews we read, not all 39 reviews.

Trustpilot's original profile for betportal.com showed, on the reading date 3.8.2026, an average of 4,0 out of five and 39 reviews. That figure looks good at first glance, and because we take Trustpilot's average into our scoring as-is, it is recorded as a four on this page as well. Everything else in this section explains why the figure is not comparable with our other reviews.

The first issue is sampling. We only managed to read the first page of the profile — ten reviews out of 39; the second page crashed twice during proxy checks. Of the ten we read, eight were five-star and two were one-star — none in between. Such a distribution is typical for small profiles and means the average doesn’t really tell you much about an ordinary player’s experience.

Another reason is timing. Five five-star reviews fall on the same day, 8.7.2026, and two more the next day. They’re short, generic and praise the same things in the same words: game selection, bonuses, speed. We don’t claim to know who wrote them, but we record the pattern — seven of the ten reviews we read are from within two days.

The third and most significant reason is mirror profiles. Nine other profiles operate on Trustpilot using the brand name. Seven of them use foreign domains that have nothing to do with gambling — including flamboo.nl, virtusgold.com, joaodiasgraphicdesign.com, lustrousfabrix.com, cryptoinformator.com, vonmuller.co and vitaminmepackage.com. Each title carries the same headline about a triple bonus. Also present are the Norwegian mirror addresses betportal.club and betportal-no.club. We do not include those reviews in any counts nor treat their headline bonus claim as a condition, but their existence is the single most important finding in this section.

Responsible gambling

Gambling is not a fundraising method

An offshore-licensed casino is not covered by Finnish consumer protection, and its accounts cannot be closed via the national blocking service. In practice this means deposit limits, breaks and account closures are entirely handled through the operator’s own system. For Betportal we have no information about which responsible gaming tools are available on an account, because we could not access a logged-in view.

If you recognise signs of chasing losses, hiding play or that your session runs longer than planned, it's not bad luck but a sign you should seek help. Methods and support services are collected on our dedicated page about responsible gambling. There is not a single piece of text on our site whose purpose is to make you play more.

18+. Playing is adult entertainment, not a way to make money. Set a limit before you start and stick to it. Free help and advice is available at peluuri.fi, and our own guidelines can be found on the page responsible gambling.

No. The site's own claims of UKGC and MGA licences are not supported by our source comparison. The only verified licence is Anjouan ALSI-202601040-FI2, and the site is operated by Credara Group Ltd.

Why incorrect licence information weighs more in the rating than the bonus terms?

Because the license is the only authority a player can appeal to if a balance does not arrive. A bonus term applies to a hundred euros, a regulator covers the whole account. An incorrectly stated regulator means the complaint goes to an authority that will not handle the matter.

What welcome benefit does the casino offer?

According to the promotions page, the first deposit gets 150 % up to €500 and 100 free spins with a minimum €20 deposit, and the second deposit gets 100 % up to €300 and 50 spins. The wagering requirement is not stated.

What about those “300 % up to 1 000 €” offers that show up in search results?

That line is the headline on mirrored Trustpilot profiles, not the casino's own promo page. We don't use it as a bonus figure and don't recommend relying on it: it's ad copy across nine different domains.

How quickly does Betportal pay out winnings?

The casino does not publish processing times at all. Five out of ten reviewers describe withdrawals as fast, while in one review a withdrawal was cancelled three times over three days with a new explanation each time.

How many games and which providers are on the site?

We do not publish a number or a list. The lobby could not be photographed, and because the operator has claimed licences it does not hold, we will not copy its unverified game list onto this page.

Can Trustpilot's 4,0 stars be trusted?

The number is real, but not comparable. There are only 39 reviews, we read ten of them, eight of those are within two days, and the brand name is also used by nine mirror profiles on foreign domains.

Does the editorial team recommend Betportal?

No. Our overall rating is 4.6 out of 10, and we do not drive traffic from this page to the brand. Alternatives are found at the end of the page and across ourfrom our casino list.

Verdict

4,6 / 10 — we do not recommend

Betportal Casino's rating doesn't fail because of its bonus or game selection. It fails because the site claims licences it does not have. The Anjouan licence ALSI-202601040-FI2 exists and Credara Group Ltd is listed as the owner, but the UKGC and MGA mentions don't withstand verification. This is the heaviest single finding in our review series and it determines both the score and the fact that we will not direct anyone from this page to the brand.

Other observations fall within the same framework. Wagering requirements are not stated, withdrawal times and limits are not published, we didn’t see the lobby, and Trustpilot’s superficially tidy 4.0 is based on 39 reviews, eight of which are full-five-star messages we read and appear within two days. There are additionally nine mirror profiles on foreign domains with the same promo headline. None of these alone would be a verdict; together they form a consistent pattern.

In the name of fairness, note the other side as well. Some players report receiving their money quickly, support is praised in several messages, and the welcome package is milder in structure than on many comparable sites. If incorrect license mentions are removed, wagering requirements published and payment terms disclosed, the rating will rise — but as long as the regulator is misreported, this is a casino to give a wide berth.

Three casinos whose reviews you can read from us

Kudosbet CasinoEditor’s pick · 7,2/10

The first option for exactly the reason that sinks Betportal: Kudosbet’s license is from Malta and can be verified in the regulator’s own register. The terms are written out visibly, and there aren’t mirror profiles spinning around the brand.

Aureonplay CasinoTop score on the list · 7,4/10

Our highest-rated score this round. Aureonplay gets top marks because the key terms and payout details are readable without an account — exactly what's completely missing from this review.

RcasinoMedium benchmark · 6.5/10

Not flawless, but clearly above Betportal: the score is reduced by a few individual shortcomings, not a misreported regulator. A good comparison if you want to see what a mid-range casino looks like without licence issues.
