The widest game selection on our list and our overall top score, just ahead of Kudosbet. An option for players who prioritise variety and don't consider license country decisive.
Read the reviewKudosbet is the only casino on our list whose licence comes from Malta Gaming Authority. The number MGA/B2C/233/2013 appears in every page footer, it was granted on 2.7.2013 and the holder is Maltese L.C.S Limited (C-64070) at Ta' Xbiex. We read the front page, promotions page, bonus terms, payments and withdrawals page and responsible gaming section, and compared them. We also checked the brand's Trustpilot profile. This review is based on what the casino itself publishes to an unlogged visitor — not on advertising.
Our overall rating is 7.2/10, and it comes from two opposing observations. On one hand the terms text is the clearest on our list: wagering multiplier, bet limit, game weightings and validity periods are given to the exact percent and day, and the whole site and customer support operate in Finnish. On the other hand there are gaps on the payments side that we cannot explain favorably: a withdrawal request is processed within 72 hours only after approval, the minimum withdrawal rises to €100 depending on the method, and the site reports two different numbers for the minimum deposit.

The 7.2/10 rating is a weighted average of six areas, with weights shown in the table: payments and withdrawals carry the most weight (25%), player feedback and terms transparency 15% each. We do not boost the score based on marketing promises nor penalize for something the casino never promised.
What we read, what we compared and which dates the information is tied to
We began with the casino's footer, because it's the only place where licence information is presented in a binding form. There we found both the licence number MGA/B2C/233/2013 and the grant date 2.7.2013 and the holding company L.C.S Limited with registration number C-64070 and a Maltese address in Ta' Xbiex. We checked the details against our verification checklist, which marks Kudosbet as confirmed. This is the only case on our list where the licence is from Malta rather than Curaçao or Anjouan, and it's a significant detail for the overall assessment.
Secondly, we read the campaign page and the bonus terms side by side. We wanted to know whether the casino states the wagering multiplier in the same place it advertises the percentage — this is the common spot where reviewed sites stay silent. Kudosbet states: each part of the three-part package is itemised with amounts and spins, wagering 30x is mentioned for both deposit and bonus, and game weightings are listed by percent. We recorded the numbers in a table as-is and checked that the campaign page and the terms page match.
Third, we reviewed the payments and withdrawals page. The page lists euro min and max amounts and processing times, but it does not name any payment methods for an unlogged visitor. For that reason our table's payment method names come from review sources rather than the casino itself, and are labeled accordingly. We also found a contradiction: the casino's FAQ mentions a €15 minimum deposit, while method-specific minimums are €20–25 and the welcome package requires at least €25.
Fourth, we read the customer support and responsible gaming sections. We noted live chat opening hours, the email address’s service level and which languages support is promised in. From responsible gaming we recorded which tools are available as self-service on the account and which require contacting support, and how quickly a set limit can be removed. These are areas where an MGA license has a practical impact, not just as a logo in the page footer.
Fifth, we reviewed the brand's Trustpilot profile on 3.8.2026. The profile exists but has a single review, and the brand has not claimed the profile. Such a small sample says nothing statistically meaningful about service quality, so we did not build a rating from it; below we report what the lone review says and why we draw no conclusions from it. Our methodology is described in full on the page how we test.
All figures in this review are taken from sources read in July 2026, and the Trustpilot check was done 3.8.2026. Casinos change their promotions and payment methods without notice, so always check the terms on the casino's own site before depositing. You can find our other reviews compiled on the page casinos.
We did not open a player account at Kudosbet nor deposit our own money, so we have not tested the registration form, KYC verification or the cashier in practice. We also haven't made any withdrawals, so all processing times mentioned in this review are the casino's own promises — we could not measure them. The same applies to customer support response times: we report stated opening hours, not our experience of waiting times.
We also don't have our own screenshots of the game lobby, because as an unregistered visitor we couldn't see the full game list. Therefore the number of games and the count of providers are reported as the casino's own claim, not as an editorial calculation. When something hasn't been verified, we state it plainly rather than filling the gap with a guess.

Three-part package, a benefit for every day of the week
The welcome casino package is three-part and totals 350% up to €2,000 plus 1,000 free spins. First deposit gives 125% up to €750 and 250 spins, second 100% up to €750 and 250 spins, third 125% up to €500 and 500 spins. Minimum deposit for each part is €25. Spins are awarded on Bigger Bass Splash and each spin is worth €0.10, so the nominal value of one thousand spins is €100.
There is no bonus code. The perk is selected from a dropdown at the cashier during deposit, which is clearer for the user than copying a code, but also easy to forget: if nothing is selected from the menu, the deposit goes through without a bonus. The registration form has a separate field for an optional campaign code used in the casino's own email campaigns. Bonuses are granted only to KYC-verified players and one entry per player is allowed.
The weekly schedule is clearly denser than on average among the casinos we list. Monday has a 100% reload bonus, Tuesday up to 1,000 free spins, Wednesday a €5 live casino bonus and 150 spins, Thursday 25% live cashback, Friday and Sunday 350 spins and Saturday 100% live reload up to €150. However, the wagering requirements and minimum deposits for these offers are not specified with the same detail as the welcome package, so they are marked “not specified” in the table.
The sports side has its own welcome offer: 100% bonus up to €100 plus a €25 free bet for new players. Weekend sports reload is 50% up to €100 and there’s a matching 50% offer on weekdays. The sports selection also includes bet boosts, Bet Builder, zero-margin prices on selected markets and early payout terms, for example in football for a two-goal lead. Wagering requirements and minimum deposit for sports bonuses are not stated on the campaign card, which is a clear departure from the transparency on the casino side.
Overall the bonus selection is generous and exceptionally well documented for casino games. That does not mean the package should be claimed automatically: 30x wagering on deposit and bonus is high, and the zero share for live games effectively restricts wagering to slots. If you mainly play live tables, the welcome package is not for you — instead check the weekly live offers that do not carry the same wagering requirement in the same form.

Free Spins are awarded in the game Bigger Bass Splash, with a spin value of €0.10. The bonus is valid for 30 days from activation, spins for 7 days. Stake limit with active bonus €0.50–5 per spin. Contribution to wagering: slots 100%, table games 20%, virtual and instant games 50%, live casino 0%. No bonus code — the offer is selected from a dropdown in the cashier.
The bonus percentage tells less than the wagering multiplier and game contributions together. We put the terms of all casinos we reviewed into the same format on the page casinos, so you can compare them side by side instead of one campaign page at a time. The yellow button on this page does not go to Kudosbet but to a partner casino.
What 30x wagering means in euros and on which games it applies
Kudosbet's terms text is the clearest on our list, but clarity does not make the terms lenient. Below are five points that determine how realistic it is to cash out the bonus in practice. All figures are from the casino's own campaign and terms pages, read in July 2026.
In summary: the terms are strict but honestly disclosed, and that's precisely why we gave transparency our highest subscore. The player can calculate in advance what the bonus requires, and doesn't have to find out only when requesting a withdrawal. That's different from the conditions being favourable to the player — these are not.
Over 5,000 games according to the casino's own claim
The casino states its library size as over 5,000 games. We emphasize that this is the casino’s own claim and not a figure calculated by the editorial team: we could not browse the whole lobby while logged out, so we have not been able to verify the number. The same applies to the provider list, which is said to include 71 studios. Of the individual studios the largest is Pragmatic Play, listed with 941 games — which alone would cover nearly a fifth of the advertised library.
Slots are the core of the offering, and the lobby contains the usual headline titles: Book of Dead, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Sugar Rush and Bigger Bass Bonanza. There is a dedicated section for new releases, and a separate tournament category appears in the lobby during major football competitions. The selection is therefore broad but leans towards large, well-known studios — players looking for rarer small studios will find more elsewhere. Our slot reviews are on the page slots.
Alongside slots there are categories for table games, crash games, chance games and virtual games. From the chance games side you’ll find Keno, scratchcards and minesweeper-style games that have moved from crypto casinos into the mainstream in recent years. Table games include blackjack, roulette, baccarat and several poker variants. However, these count only 20 percent for bonus wagering, so for bonus players they are practically a side note.
The live casino relies on studios from Evolution and Playtech, with Ezugi tables also included. The selection includes Crazy Time, MONOPOLY Live, Sweet Bonanza CandyLand and Adventures Beyond Wonderland Live, plus a wide range of roulette and blackjack tables. The live section has its own weekly offers, which makes sense because live games do not contribute to wagering requirements at all. In practice the site therefore has two separate bonus worlds that should not be mixed up.
71 studios listed, focus on major names
The provider list names 71 studios. Among them are Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Play'n GO, Playtech, NetEnt, Nolimit City, Novomatic, Wazdan, Playson, Yggdrasil, Betsoft, ELK Studios and Ezugi. The lineup is typical for a European casino and says more about negotiating power than distinctiveness: these studios appear on virtually every serious site, and their games are independently audited.
The studio selection also affects what’s sensible to play with a bonus. Because wagering counts at full weight only on slots, the practical choice falls to studios like Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, NetEnt, Nolimit City and Wazdan. Welcome spins are tied to a single title, Pragmatic Play's Bigger Bass Splash, so the value of the spins depends entirely on that game's features and the player cannot choose the target themselves.
Availability of individual games varies by country because studios restrict distribution by licensing territory. We therefore can’t promise every game listed above will appear in a Finnish player’s lobby — you should check that with the casino itself. We also haven’t verified the number of providers by our own count; the number is the casino’s claim.
Malta Gaming Authority MGA/B2C/233/2013 — the only one on our list
Kudosbet's licence was issued by Malta Gaming Authority with number MGA/B2C/233/2013, issue date 2.7.2013 and holder L.C.S Limited, registration number C-64070, at Office 3, Level 2, Sterling Building, Enrico Mizzi Street, Ta' Xbiex, Malta. The information repeats in the site's footer on every page, not only at the bottom of the terms page. We confirmed them on our checklist, where the brand is marked as an operating operator.
Why does it matter? Our other listed casinos operate under Curaçaon or Anjouanin licences, and the difference is practical rather than geographic. A Curaçao or Anjouan licence gives the operation a formal framework, but the regulator doesn't practically resolve disputes between player and casino nor does it have effective means to force an operator to pay. If a casino refuses to pay a win, the player's practical options are limited to public pressure and a chargeback request from their bank.
MGA works differently. It requires player funds to be kept separate from the company’s own assets, independent game audits and a complaint mechanism where a player can escalate an unresolved dispute directly to the regulator. The regulator has real sanctioning power: it can impose fines, set conditions and ultimately revoke the licence, cutting the operator off from payment providers and studios. This doesn’t guarantee everything will run smoothly, but it gives a responsible address to turn to in disputes.
An MGA licence also has a cost for the player. It restricts payment methods — cryptocurrencies cannot be used at all — and it makes KYC verification mandatory before the first withdrawal with no exceptions. Some players regard this as friction, and it’s honest to acknowledge that. Our reading is that the consumer protection benefits outweigh the lost flexibility, and therefore this area noticeably raises Kudosbet's overall rating.
KYC is mandatory, and the lifting of limits is intentionally slow
The casino states that it does not store bank details or other sensitive data in its own systems, and says it uses established payment processors. KYC documents are reportedly kept in a secured environment accessible only to authorized staff. These are the casino’s own promises, which we cannot independently verify; instead an MGA licence provides a regulator with the right to audit these practices.
Verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal, and bonuses are granted only to verified players. Identity is proven with an ID card, passport or driver's license, address with a bill or bank statement no older than three months, and payment method separately: for a card a photo showing the first six and last four digits, for an e-wallet a screenshot of the account details, and for a bank account a statement showing the IBAN. Files are uploaded to the account verification tab in JPEG, PNG or PDF format, and the maximum file size per file is 3 megabytes.
No verification processing time is specified, which is a small but real shortcoming — it's precisely the phase where a first withdrawal typically gets delayed. The casino recommends completing verification right after account creation, and that's good advice: once documents are approved in advance, only the payments team's processing queue remains for withdrawals. Cropped or unclear images are not accepted, and the whole document must be visible in the photo.
On the security side, a new account must be activated with a code sent to email or phone, and repeated failed logins can temporarily lock the account. The email address serves as the username, so changing it later is only possible via customer support — choose an address that will stay active. The site has separate privacy and cookie pages that should be read before registering.
At least two different figures, payment methods not named to an unlogged user
The clearest issue with deposits is not slowness but inconsistency. The casino's FAQ states a €15 minimum deposit, but the Payments and Withdrawals page lists method-specific minimums mostly at €20–25, and the welcome package requires at least €25 for each part. Three different numbers in three places is a small thing, but it's exactly the kind of small thing that shows the terms text hasn't been checked as a whole.
Payment methods are not named at all to non-logged-in visitors. The page states types, limits and processing times, but not brands. Our table names — Visa, Mastercard, Revolut, MiFinity, Cashlib, Neosurf, Flexepin and bank transfer — therefore come from review sources, and should not be read as casino confirmation. Check the current selection in the cashier before planning your deposit around a specific method.
Maximum deposits vary by method from about €150 to €5,000, and funds usually appear in the account immediately. Cryptocurrencies cannot be used at all, which is a direct consequence of the Maltese license rather than the casino's choice. Prepaid cards like Neosurf, Cashlib and Flexepin are accepted for deposits but not withdrawals, so players using them must still verify another method for withdrawals.
The account currency is selected on the registration form, and the options are euro, US dollar, Australian dollar and Canadian dollar. Currency cannot be changed after registration. A Finnish player should therefore choose euro immediately to avoid conversion fees on deposits and withdrawals. This is the form field many click past in seconds that remains fixed for the lifetime of the account.
72 hours after approval — but the pre-approval queue is not disclosed
The casino states it processes a withdrawal request within 72 hours of the payments team approving the request. The wording is careful and should be read closely: the clock does not start from when you press the withdraw button, but from when the request is approved. How long you might wait for that approval is not disclosed anywhere. In practice the player cannot therefore predict the total time, and this is the single biggest reason why payments and withdrawals scored significantly worse than other areas.
After processing, the transfer itself is quick. E-wallets receive funds almost instantly, bank accounts in 3–5 business days. The first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification, so it’s best to complete verification right after creating the account, not when you’ve already requested money out. Withdrawals are also impossible while an active bonus is still being wagered.
Minimum withdrawal depends on the payment method and is €25–100. A €100 lower limit is high, and it affects exactly those players who have the smallest balances. In practice a small win can stay on the account waiting for more funds, and money left on a gaming account notoriously ends up back in play more often than money transferred to a bank account. So check your payment method's minimum before you choose it.
The casino mentions one fee: bank transfers from outside the SEPA area may incur a fee of around €20. Euro payments within the SEPA area are generally free, so this fee normally does not affect Finnish players. We have not made a withdrawal from Kudosbet ourselves, so all times mentioned in this section are the casino’s declarations and we have not been able to measure them.
Withdrawal terms determine the gaming experience more often than the bonus percentage, and they should be read at the stage when no money is yet in play. Comparable information for all the casinos we review can be found on the page casinos. The yellow button on this page leads to a partner casino, not Kudosbet.

In Finnish every day 9:00–1:00 (CET), email around the clock
Customer support was the most pleasant surprise in this review. Live chat operates daily from 09:00–01:00 CET, i.e. sixteen hours a day, and you can email [email protected] around the clock. Crucial is the language: support is available in Finnish, not just English. On our listed casinos a Finnish-language site is invariably paired with English support, so this is a genuine differentiator.
Chat availability does not, however, cover the entire day, and the downtime falls in the early morning between 1–9. That's exactly when sessions stretch and problems — stuck deposit, interrupted game, unclear bonus balance — occur. Outside opening hours the site has a virtual assistant that helps with common questions, but it does not replace a human when money is involved. Support languages include Finnish in addition to English, German, Spanish and Norwegian.
We have not contacted customer support ourselves, so we cannot report any first‑hand response times. If you need to contact them, state your user ID or email address, the time of the event and any error message immediately — for deposit issues the casino may ask for a bank-side screenshot. For bonus and withdrawal questions, read the terms first, because a specific question gets a specific answer much faster than a general complaint.
1 review · average 3.2/5 · profile verified 3.8.2026
Kudosbet has a Trustpilot profile, but it's practically empty: on 3.8.2026 the profile had a single review. The brand has not claimed the profile, which means it cannot reply to reviews nor has a history of requesting reviews. Trustpilot's own aggregated score is 3.2/5, calculated with the platform's weighting from that one review — which is not the same as the arithmetic mean of stars given.
We do not publish a review sample based on player feedback, because a single review does not indicate a service's general level. The same principle goes both ways: we would not use a single five-star review as proof of quality nor a single one-star review as proof of a problem. The subscore for player feedback is still low, because we report Trustpilot's own average as-is and do not adjust it for sample size.
The only review is from 23.7.2026 and is one star. The writer says over a thousand euros were removed from their account citing an unnamed rules violation, and that the remaining roughly €300 balance was stuck in a withdrawal request. We report the content because it's the only public player feedback, but we cannot verify the events nor hear the casino's version because the brand hasn't responded on the profile. A single unresolved case is not proof for either party.
One note from the search results: Trustpilot also has a profile named "KudosBet Casino", which is on the domain riiven.shop. Its reviews concern a Danish home furnishings store, so the profile has been renamed at some point. We do not count it as a brand variant nor include its stars in any tally. We explain our principles of source criticism in more detail on the page how we test.

Tools are available on the account, and lifting limits is deliberately slow
The MGA licence is most visible in the responsible gaming section. Betting limits can be set during account creation or at any time via your account, and time-outs and temporary self-exclusions can be activated as self-service without having to justify them to customer support. Permanent self-exclusion is currently handled via live chat. Set limits take effect immediately.
The cooldown is intentionally slow, and that's the right decision. A timeout or temporary self-exclusion can be cancelled at the earliest after 24 hours and a permanent self-exclusion at the earliest after seven days — and only at the company's discretion. During self-exclusion no deposits or bets are accepted. If you notice yourself repeatedly setting and lifting limits, that's itself a sign to pay attention to. Read more on our page responsible gambling.
18+. Gambling is entertainment, not a way to make an income. Set limits before playing, not after. In Finland free and anonymous help for gambling problems is provided by Player, and our own guidance for setting limits can be found on the page responsible gambling.
8 questions with answers found in the sources
Kudosbet operates under Malta Gaming Authority licence MGA/B2C/233/2013, granted on 2.7.2013 to L.C.S Limited (C-64070). MGA requires segregation of player funds, independent game audits and provides an official complaint channel in disputes, which is a noticeably stronger consumer protection than lighter offshore licences. We did not open an account or make a withdrawal ourselves, so our review is based on public sources.
The casino package is a total of 350% up to 2 000 € and 1 000 free spins across the first three deposits: 125% up to 750 € + 250 spins, 100% up to 750 € + 250 spins and 125% up to 500 € + 500 spins. Minimum deposit is 25 € per part and wagering is 30x on both deposit and bonus. The sports side also has 100% up to 100 € and a €25 free bet.
The multiplier is calculated on both deposit and bonus, so a €100 deposit and a €125 bonus mean €6,750 of wagering requirements. Slots contribute 100% to wagering, virtual and chance games 50%, table games 20% and live casino games not at all. Stakes must remain within the €0.50–€5 range, otherwise wagering won't count and winnings may be voided.
The casino promises processing within 72 hours of the payments team approving the request — the length of the queue before approval is not stated, so total time cannot be predicted. After processing, e-wallets receive funds almost immediately and bank transfers take 3–5 business days. Minimum withdrawal depends on the method and ranges from 25–100 €, and the first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification.
Cannot. The Malta gaming licence does not allow crypto deposits, so the options are traditional payment methods only: cards, e‑wallets, prepaid cards and bank transfer. This is a consequence of the licence, not the casino's choice. Payment methods are not otherwise listed to a guest, so check the current options at the cashier.
This casino gives two different answers: the FAQ mentions €15, but the per-method minimums on the payments page are mostly €20–25. The welcome package in any case requires at least a €25 deposit for each of its three parts. If you plan to redeem the package, calculate with €25.
Yes. The whole site works in Finnish and customer support also serves in Finnish. Live chat is open daily 9:00–1:00 (CET) and email is available around the clock. This is rare on our list: a Finnish interface usually comes with English-language support.
Currency is chosen on the registration form from options euro, US dollar, Australian dollar and Canadian dollar, and cannot be changed after account creation. A Finnish player should choose euro immediately to avoid currency conversion fees on deposits and withdrawals.
Our strongest license, but there are gaps on the cashier side
Kudosbet gets our 7.2/10 rating, the highest score on our list. The reason is straightforward: this is the only reviewed casino supervised by Malta Gaming Authority, and it's the only one that states its bonus terms so precisely that a player can calculate the requirement in advance. Add a fully Finnish site and Finnish customer support, and the package is clearly above average.
Scores are dragged down by details of the cash flow. The 72-hour withdrawal processing promise starts only after approval, for which no waiting time is stated; minimum withdrawal can be one hundred euros; account currency cannot be changed; and two different minimum-deposit figures are given in two different places. None of these is alarming on its own, but together they mean a player cannot predict their money movements as precisely as their bonus wagering. The Trustpilot profile has a single negative review, but we don't draw conclusions from a sample of one.
Who we recommend it for? For a player who values EU-level regulation and native-language support, mainly plays slots and is willing to read bonus terms before depositing. Who we don't: a player who wants to wager bonuses on live tables, deposits with cryptocurrencies or frequently withdraws small amounts. Compare options carefully before you deposit — and remember this review is not a recommendation to play.
One review tells about a single casino; comparison shows whether it is good. All the casinos we review with their licenses, wagering multipliers and payout times can be found in the same table on the page casinos, and our slot-specific reviews are on the page slots.
